When you use our contact form we collect your name, work email, company, the service you are interested in and the message you write. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address to prevent spam. We do not sell this information.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your inquiry, understand your needs and, where relevant, discuss working together.
How we protect it
Submissions are stored in a private database that cannot be read from the public website. Access is limited to the Granthkaar team.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our conversation, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent by contacting us through the contact page.
